Save Some Time Before Your First Podiatrist Appointment

Your first visit to Heart of Texas Foot Care Center is extremely important. We take this opportunity to learn about your current health and patient history. Therefore, it’s just as important to make sure you provide us with accurate medical information. To help you with this, we encourage you to print out the necessary patient forms you’ll need for your initial appointment ahead of time and fill them out. This way, you’ll have more time to fill out the necessary fields.
