Insurance & Cancellations

Requesting an appointment is as easy as can be on our website! If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment for any reason or will be delayed, we ask that you please call as soon as possible. You may incur charges for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. 


We accept a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health insurance plans. If you have any specific questions about your coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly, though we will help in any way we can.
